Various Plating
FLEXCEED is able to plate by electric gold or electroless tin plating for the surface finishing on substrates, which meet customers' requirement of assemble connections on them.
In the case of LCD driver ICs, tin plating is commonly used for the connection between the ICs and COFs which is with tin-gold eutectic under high temperature over 300 degree C.
